i can't get activated the registration key

the software stay in Trial what ever i do. I add the key-code and then i only can click on Finish. Nothing happen. I can't send messages to Support. Every message is refused by the website. Does DataFire know what the problem is? An error in the software? Problem with the server?

Hello, I apologize but we are experiencing technical issues with our license server and we are working to resolve the issue.
